Before establishing Agaram Paints, he served as the Managing Director of Agsar Paints (P) Ltd for over 40 years, where he led the company’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and market diversification. Under his leadership, the brand evolved through decades of change in the coatings industry, earning a strong presence across both decorative and industrial paint segments.

With more than four decades of experience in paints and allied chemicals, Mr. Paramaguru Raja brings unmatched industry knowledge, visionary leadership, and a deep commitment to innovation and quality. His emphasis on customer trust and operational discipline continues to shape Agaram’s journey toward excellence.

He holds a Master of Science degree in chemistry from V.O.C College.

Alagappan Ramdas P serves as the Executive Director of Agaram Paints (P) Ltd and is a valued member of its Board of Directors.

Before joining Agaram Paints in 2017, Mr. Ramdas held the position of Executive Director at Agsar Paints (P) Ltd for 19 years, where he led marketing and sales initiatives with exceptional vision. His strategic leadership played a pivotal role in strengthening dealer networks, expanding brand visibility, and fostering enduring dealer partnerships across diverse markets.

At Agaram Paints, he continues to lead the marketing and sales divisions, steering the company’s growth with a focus on market expansion, customer engagement, and sustained dealer trust. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in positioning Agaram as a progressive and customer-centric brand in the coatings industry.

Mr. Ramdas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Loyola College, Chennai.

Anburaja Raja P serves as the Executive Director of Agaram Paints (P) Ltd and is a member of its Board of Directors.

Before joining Agaram Paints in 2017, Mr. Anburaja held the position of Executive Director at Agsar Paints (P) Ltd for 15 years, where he successfully led marketing and sales operations across multiple regions. His strategic initiatives were instrumental in expanding dealer networks, strengthening brand presence, and driving sustainable market growth.

At Agaram Paints, he continues to lead marketing and sales with a vision to foster stronger customer relationships and enhance the company’s reach across markets. His leadership reflects a fine balance between strategic foresight and operational discipline.

Mr. Anburaja holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Loyola College, Chennai, and an MBA from PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore.

Prakash serves as the Executive Director of Agaram Paints (P) Ltd, overseeing marketing and sales, product design, digital strategy, and new product development. He also plays a key role in administration and operations, ensuring seamless alignment across the company’s core functions.

After earning his B.Tech in Polymer Engineering from B. S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology in 2023, Prakash began his journey at Agaram Paints as a trainee.

Within a year, his innovative thinking and design-driven approach earned him a place on the board—making him one of the youngest executive directors in the industry.
